LANCÔME | SOURCILS STYLER BROW GEL
We always get compliments on our eyebrows, and to be honest we both were born with naturally thick eyebrows and have never gotten them professionally groomed. The one product that we both think works best for our brows is this Lancôme brow gel. We both agree that it sets our brows perfectly and doesn’t budge through out the day. The best part is that it doesn’t leave a visible residue.
ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS | BROW POWDER DUO
We love the look of naturally full brows. We love the Anastasia Brow Powder because it allows us to just gradually fill in any gaps in the brows. Its great that it comes in different shades, and its build-able, it allows you to make your eyebrows as bold as you like.
MAYBELLINE GREAT LASH MASCARA
We've tried many different mascaras and there are so many amazing ones out there (such as: TOO FACED | BETTER THAN SEX MASCARA, and BENEFIT| THEY'RE REAL! MASCARA). But we always come back to our favourite drugstore mascara Maybelline’s Big Lash Mascara. It just does such a great job of separating and lengthening each lash, and we find that it doesn’t clump up. The best part of course is that it’s super affordable.
KAT VON D | TATTOO EYE LINER
We love the Kat Von D tattoo liner because its super pigmented and so easy to work with when creating the perfect winged line; you totally don’t have to be a professional makeup artist to create a perfect cat eye with this product. The best part is, it dries super fast and doesn’t crack or fade through out the day.
ESTÉE LAUDER | DOUBLE WEAR FOUNDATION
We actually both hate foundation because as women of color its so hard to find shades with great under tones that look natural on us. One foundation we always gravitate towards is Estee Lauder’s double wear foundation because it looks very natural. It’s pretty lightweight but you can easily layer it on for a full coverage look. Nuni’s shade is (Rich Ginger), and Nasteha‘s is (Mocha 6N1).
LANCÔME | TRANSLUCENSE LOOSE MATIFYING POWDER
We love this loose powder because it comes in different shades and it gives a natural smooth finish. We use it to set our foundation, and it really leaves the skin looking silky and airbrushed. We highly recommend this product if you're looking for a loose powder that leaves your skin looking flawless in both pictures and in person.
CHANEL | LES BEIGES SHEER POWDER
This is the main product that Nasteha usually carries in her purse. She has an oily skin type, and this Chanel powder is perfect for giving her a sheer touch up to freshen up her makeup through out the day, without creating a “cakey” finish on her dewy skin.
LANCÔME | DUAL FINISH ILLUMINATING HIGHLIGHTER
We love a good highlight just like any other girl. I think 2017 was the year of the “poppin” highlight, and this illuminating highlighter by Lancôme is both of our current faves. We love that it comes in different shades for different skin types, and it’s lightweight for a natural look. However, this highlighter can be intensified to blind people if you apply it with a wet brush. We also love that it's free of parabens and sulfates, which is an important factor when looking for new products to try out.
YSL | TOUCHE ECLAT RADIANCE PERFECTING PEN
The YSL Touche Eclat may as well be our favourite beauty product of all time, because we have been using this product since we were in high school. Back then we used it as a concealer for our under eyes and to spot conceal our blemishes or breakouts. Now that we don’t really deal with breakouts, we use this product to brighten and highlight and to also erase any makeup application errors like mascara flakes, eye shadow fall out, or to even out winged liner, or lipstick smudges.
FENTY BEAUTY | "STUNNA" LIP PAINT
