Besides looking our best, these are 3 great sources of food that we feel contribute to our overall health and well-being. On a typical day we like to incorporate 3 of the following foods in our diet:

Coming from a Somali family, we’ve seen this ingredient used a lot as a face mask for brightening purposes.
