We recently celebrated my daughter’s first birthday which is crazy to me because it literally feels like it was just yesterday that she was born. My husband and I planned the most extravagant first birthday party with a fun princess theme and I even ordered a 20 feet tall outdoor tent. But I had to cancel the party due to Covid which seems to be the reason why everything is being ruined this year. But that’s ok, all that matters is that we are all healthy and happy. We decided to do a fun little family shoot and cake smash, which ended up working out perfectly because we created beautiful photos that Aya could look back at when she gets older.
